SHIPPING POLICY

All cabinets sold by Maker Cabinets are made to order in our Northwest Arkansas shop. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.

Production Time Because every cabinet is built to order, please allow adequate production time before your order ships or is ready for delivery. Estimated production timelines will be communicated at the time of order or upon request — contact us if you have a specific deadline.

Local Delivery We offer free local delivery within 100 miles of Bentonville, AR. If your delivery address falls within this radius, local delivery will be available as a shipping option at checkout.

Freight Shipping For addresses outside our local delivery area, cabinets ship via freight (LTL) carrier. Freight cabinets are securely packaged and palletized for transit. Someone must be available to receive and inspect the freight delivery — please inspect all packaging for visible damage before signing for delivery, and note any damage on the delivery receipt.

Wholesale Orders Wholesale account orders may have different shipping terms based on order volume. Contact us directly to discuss freight arrangements for larger orders.

Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
